The Heart Behind M & S Tax Prep Solution, LLC

Hi, I’m Melanie, the founder of M & S Tax Prep Solutions LLC. I’m a certified tax preparer with a strong background in Accounting and Bookkeeping, which I studied at Hallmark University, followed by my Tax Preparer certification through University Accounting.

My journey with taxes began over 15 years ago, long before it became my career. My mother, Marivel, taught me the foundations of tax preparation at a young age, and I quickly discovered my passion for helping people navigate financial challenges with confidence and clarity.

Along the way, my children have been my greatest motivation. My daughters, Alicen (15) and Audrey (12), pushed me to keep going during the hardest moments, reminding me not to give up. My son, Silver, is the newest light in my life and the reason I work so hard to build a secure future. The name M & S honors both my mom, who taught me the value of knowledge and service, and my son, who represents the future I’m building.

I’m also deeply grateful for my partner, Sylvestre, my biggest supporter. His belief in me, patience, and encouragement showed me that hope is real—and I wouldn’t be where I am today without him.
